How This Works

Listen to your activation audio daily
Open the Check-In tab each day and tap your day square to mark it complete. Consistency is everything — every listen installs the new code deeper.

Set weekly goals
Each week, write 1–3 action steps that support your transformation. Uncompleted goals carry over automatically to the next week. Review all goals in the Goals tab.

Complete your Source Code Daily Journal
Write your daily affirmation, self-love prompts, three gratitudes, and how you felt before and after listening. Your full journal history lives in the Journal tab.

Track your progress
The Progress tab shows your activity map, streak, and milestones. When your program is complete, start a new one from Settings — your history is always preserved.

Data Backup
Export downloads a backup file you can save anywhere — Google Drive, iCloud, your desktop, or any folder. To restore your data on any device or browser, tap Restore and select that file.
Select the .json file you previously exported
Programs
Archives your current program and starts fresh. All history is preserved in the History tab.
Permanently deletes everything. Cannot be undone.
Start a New Program
Your current progress will be archived and accessible in the History tab. Name your new program, choose its length, and begin.
